Meet Albert!
Albert is one of the founders of The Mobile Fish Company, and has over 30 years of experience under his belt!
He is a skilled fishmonger and has been working in the industry since he left school.
From working on fishing boats and markets in Greece, to retail in London, and most recently farm shops in the local area, he has a variety of expertise at his disposal.

Meet Simon!
Simon is also one of the founding members of The Mobile Fish Company!
From a young age he could always be found in and around water, from spending his free time fishing with friends, to picking cockles and clams to earn some pocket money.
He began working in the industry when he was just 15 years old, spending the last 20 years honing his skills and learning all there is to know about the trade.
